Axis TMS provides multiple monitors for the Overview of Trucks, Trailers and Live On-Route Ships. Customers will no longer wonder where their truck is located or whether the shipment is delayed. The organization has made a major effort to simplify the procedure for upgrading the shipping. The driver software goes hand-in-hand with the Axis TMS Pro network. Both alerts are sent to the customer’s dashboard and to the customer’s email-as swift as 2 to 5 second GPS positioning interval, shipping notes, shipment check-in/out, billing of loading data and high-quality paper scanning. The organization will delegate or sell orders and set up pending shipments and plan orders to send automatically to a truck with the option of Auto Dispatch. The business sells split single orders for multiple shipments with stops at cross docks or split orders for recovery and breakdown purposes.
The company offers simple design on the home screen allowing the driver to view active orders, order offers along with 6 buttons to perform a variety of actions: Communicator (2-way), Make Requests, ELD Application, Update Status, Scan Documents and Search for Loads. “A driver can check-in and out from stops, this instantly updates customers and dispatch personnel. Driver can input qty, pieces, weight, POD and much more.” says Al Ceric, Founder. Axis TMS Pro seeks to fulfil the actual need to run a trucking company professionally. The company has powerful tools that range from Dispatch, Billing, Payroll, Driver App, IFTA, ELD Connectivity, Shipping Bid Network, Paper Searching, Maps Routing, Driver Certification, Proactive Maintenance and more. The company investigates how knowledge can help companies overcome their challenges and understand their potential. The business uses new thinking and concepts to create faster, more useful and more trusted software interactions.
Drivers will receive order deals when they are forwarded from the Dispatch Department. The driver may either accept or refuse an offer for an order. Whatever decision the driver makes, the Dispatch Personnel will be able to see the status on the Pending Order tab. When approved, the order would be allocated to the driver and translated to a running order. Driver’s can make multiple requests from the mobile app. Each request is sent to the Dispatch Dashboard notifying personnel on the driver’s requests. Drivers are able to connect immediately with web workers, vise-versa. This is a basic chat mechanism intended for easy contact between dispatchers, supervisors, security staff and drivers. Drivers can be forced to take signatures from shippers or receivers if the settings are set from the web dashboards. This will require the driver to have a signature, first and last name. At the end of the request, the driver will scan the document and send it directly to the Document Inbox. Which then autocompiles the paperwork on the invoice. The driver also has a fax option, which transfers the paper as if customers were on a fax machine.
Axis offers freight logistics tools for the trucking industry. The business has a web-based TMS (Transport Management System) with features such as dispatch & order management, invoicing, driver management, payroll & HR management, IFTA monitoring, paper scanning & management, path preparation & navigation, maintenance management, and more. In addition, the company also sells a driver app that also acts as a logging system and has features such as operating hours and ELD enforcement monitoring. The solution can also be combined with other third party applications. It’s available on a monthly basis.
